How it works

  • Consultation

    Schedule your free consultation to discuss build layouts and decide which Luxury Box is best for you

  • Downpayment

    A 10% downpayment will be required to begin your buildout. Please consult with a JFQ specialist to discuss financing options.

  • Buildout

    From the day we receive your downpayment, we will begin construction. At the half way mark, we require 50% of total cost (4-6 week mark).

  • Delivery

    Once buildout is complete we will coordinate with you to schedule delivery. At this time, we will require the remaining balance to be paid prior to delivering.
