Luxury Box Co. creates affordable housing, office space, or flex space for entertainment, second homes, and so much more! Simlply put, we turn shipping containers into luxury and minimalist living. From 20 to 40 ft, these containers can come equipped with full kitchens, restrooms, and everyday living essentials. Perfect for extra space in the backyard, a plot of land in Texas, or a full scale office Luxury Box Co. has you covered.

What kind of financing do you offer?
Financing is offered through our business partner, JFQ Lending. They offer multiple different lending possibilities and will be able to assist in finding the best option for each client. Click here or refer to the financing tab to learn more about what options are available to you and set up a consultation with a JFQ representative.
Do you deliver outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area?
Yes we do deliver outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Anywhere in Arizona delivery is included in the cost of the sale. We are offering out of state deliver as well which may include additional shipping and delivery charges.
Do you need a permit to add a Luxury Box on your property?
This really differs per state, city, county, etc. and can also differ based on the model of your choosing. Please speak with your local municipality as well as consult with one of our Luxury Box team members for any questions on this matter.
How long will it take for my build to be complete?
From the day of your initial deposit, you can plan on your Luxury Box arriving in 8-10 weeks. Yes, you read that correctly, 8-10 weeks. With such quick turn-around, it is natural to wonder about the quality of work, which is something we pride on. Come and check out our display models and see for yourself, the high end quality and finishes that are put into each box.
Can I come see a finished product in person?
Absolutely! In most cases, before purchasing, a free consultation (in-person, or phone call) will take place where we can show you our display models of Luxury Boxes. Our images of finished products can also be found on the Gallery tab.
Do you offer custom build or special requests for Luxury Boxes?
To keep up with demand and meet estimated build times, we tend to avoid most customization on the build layout, however are open to ideas, which may incur an additional cost. This can be explored during your free consultation discussion.
